211 by United Way BC - Provides a free, confidential, multilingual service to connect people to helpful and vital resources. Offers information and referral to community, government and social services in B.C.
Virtual Mental Health Supports – BC Government – Online counselling, peer support, and crisis services including Foundry Virtual, YMCA Y Mind, Kids Help Phone, and FamilySmart.
HealthLink BC – Mental Health Services – Directory of crisis lines, counselling services, and peer support for youth and adults.

Mamas for Mamas – Kelowna Branch – Clothing, baby supplies, food support, and parenting guidance for local families.
