$20 per Parent & Athlete pairing
$5 per additional young athlete
Additional Information
Parent & Athlete Yoga is designed to serve as an introduction to yoga and mindfulness practices in order to support your child’s athletic development. This program carries an emphasis on injury prevention, recovery, and performance optimization.
During these 1hr sessions exercises such as breath awareness, yoga-inspired movements, and visualization techniques will apply a proven array of mind-body practices that will introduce and support what we call a Mindful Athlete.
This program is a sustainable pathway towards an applied understanding of the musculoskeletal and neurological benefits that yoga and mindfulness practices offer, and will provide the tools for parents to support their children while also providing a bonding opportunity as a physical practice through yoga and mindfulness.
Special Note: Parent & Athlete Yoga carries no religious or spiritual agenda, as it provides you opportunities to explore physical and mental practices alongside your children, aged 10+.
